Not sure which restrictions apply to your lot?
Country Place has two sets of deed restrictions: Phase I (the original 272 acres) and Phase II (the lots listed in the 1981 declaration). When the answer differs, both are shown. A Neighborhood Map showing which set applies to each lot is coming soon.
