Country Place Fall Festival & Hayride

Dear Country Place Residents,
It is almost time for our annual Country Place Fall Festival and Hayride, which is our longest running event in the neighborhood. The date is Saturday, October 24, 2026. If there is inclement weather, we will reschedule for the following Saturday, October 31st.
We will load at 3:45 p.m. and pull out at 4:00 p.m. from the Nance’s circular driveway. We will have 7 trailers and we are hoping for 18-20 stops on the hayride. We currently have 11 stops. If you would like your home to be a stop on the hayride route, let us know (see below). For safety reasons, we cannot pull the trailers on Three Lakes Rd. or Big Timber Rd., east of Ridgetop Rd.
It is a good idea to bring towels to sit on because the hay is itchy. Also, it is not mandatory to wear Halloween costumes, but it is so fun to see kids and adults dressed up. Who is going to dethrone the Littles (our 2025 winners) this year?
The picnic will begin as soon as all the trailers are back to the Nance’s home. We will eat at about 5:30 p.m. at the picnic area by Lake #1. Beef hotdogs, chili, nachos and all condiments will be furnished by the neighborhood association, along with paper goods and bottled waters. Please bring fruit, chips/dips, salads, vegetables or other sides or desserts to share.
If you have questions, or want your home to be a stop, comment on the event post in the Country Place Facebook group or use the Contact form.
Thank you!
